5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule their service appointments by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.

5.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Liability

6.1 The Concrete Wizard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

6.2 Our liability for any claim related to the services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for those services.

7. Warranties

7.1 The Concrete Wizard warrants that all services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.

7.2 Any specific warranties for materials or workmanship will be detailed in the contract for services.
