The Beginnings

Growing up, Jordan spent countless hours at construction sites with his grandfather, who was a skilled contractor. These experiences instilled in him a fascination with the art of building and repairing. With further technical training in home repair, he honed his skills and deepened his knowledge, preparing him for a future in the construction industry.

As Jordan’s career progressed, he observed that the concrete repair industry often overlooked the importance of quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Many providers in the field were cutting corners, leading to subpar results and frustrated clients. Jordan also noticed that employees in the industry were frequently undervalued and underpaid, resulting in high turnover and a lack of skilled artisans. Recognizing these gaps, Jordan envisioned a company that addressed the technical needs of concrete repair and resurfacing, prioritized fair treatment of employees, and contributed positively to the community. Jordan now had a mission!
